Ibiza Holiday Villas

Once you’ve decided which Ibiza villa rental you are interested in, please contact us to check the availability and to receive your final quote. By returning the acceptance email, you must have read our Terms and Conditions.

We will then issue you with an invoice for 50% of the property rental price, which needs to be settled within seven days to secure the booking. You can make this payment by bank transfer or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). If paying by credit card, a 5% handling fee will be charged on the total cost of your villa booking. Once we receive the 50% deposit, you will be sent a booking confirmation. If the deposit payment is not paid on time we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

The final 50% payment is to be settled on arrival in Cash Euros. We have had many clients who have heard about the holiday scams that can take place with online agencies and as a result feel that requesting the final payment on arrival is the fairer option.
