This is a beautiful and comfortable villa, complete with a magnificant, private swimming pool and an interior furnished and decorated with the highest quality furniture and decor.

Located entirely on one floor, the villa is wide spread and child friendly, with four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds while the other two have twin beds. The villa also has two big bathrooms and another separate toilet room.

The lounge is open-plan and classically styled with several sofas, satellite TV and a stereo system. The dining room has a stunning manor style dining table and chairs for eight people, perfect for formal dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and has a breakfast bar as well as a second dining table and chairs. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

Outside, the grounds are truly impressive and perfectly equipped for you to enjoy sun all day long and see the day into the balmy evening. The large, private pool is surrounded by palm trees and a wide sundeck, with sunbeds for each guest. There is also a barbeque and outside dining area for alfresco dining. From the front of the villa, you can relax in peace and quiet and take in the sea views across Sa Caleta.

The villa is just a two minute walk to the beach of Es Codolar with some of Ibiza's favourite beaches, including Sa Caleta and the stylish Cala Jondal just a very short drive away. Cala Jondal is fast becoming the place to be, thanks to the famous Blue Marlin Beach Club which always offers fantastic music from their live DJ's and wonderful food and cocktails both day and night.
