Magnificent villa, perfectly located close to Ibiza Town, with a view over the south of the island, and within walking distance of San Jordi and Playa D’en Bossa.
Interiorly the Villa is beautifully decorated, with five bedrooms to sleep a total of ten people.
There are four entrances into the house, each opening from the patio and pool area.
One entrance leads you into a big dining room with a beautiful handmade table and eight chairs – however it will easily seat ten.
Another entrance leads you into the kitchen fully equipped, including a full dining service, gas hobs, cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. Leading off from the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
A third entrance leads you into a classic second dining room to seat six people, which opens onto the lounge which has big comfortable sofas and chairs, DVD player, satellite TV, plus a stereo.
The lounge takes you through to the bedrooms, where you will find 2 twin bedrooms located downstairs, each of the beds are ¾ in size, therefore larger and more comfortable than a normal single bed.
There is one bathroom downstairs with a huge bath and shower.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, with a large elegant mahogany double bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors onto the large upstairs terrace.
Two other twin bedrooms are located upstairs, both with ¾ size beds and private balconies.
There is a third bathroom located upstairs with a shower.
The upstairs terrace can be entered through the main house or through the master bedroom. Here tables and chairs are set out enabling you take advantage of the terrific view.
Outside the villa is truly wonderful. The landscaped gardens surround you with plants, flowers and gorgeous trees.
The pool is immense and surrounded by a sundeck with ten sun loungers. For convenience there is an outside bathroom by the pool, with toilet and shower.
The outside has many different areas to chill out, as well as seating and dining areas. There are sofas, tables and chairs and a very efficient barbecue – ideal for al-fresco dining on those hot summer evenings.
