A beautiful villa situated close to the pretty village of San
Jose, 15 minutes drive to San Antonio and 20 minutes drive
to Ibiza Town.
Set on a large private property it is ideal for
groups and families looking for a relaxing holiday with good access to great beaches
and top restaurants. Entering the villa, you will be welcomed to a
sun lit room complete with comfortable sofas and table and chairs.
There are two terraces leading from this lounge area, one of which
leads to stunning sea views and the other leads to the garden and
swimming pool area. A well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one
double and one twin) and a bathroom can also be found on this
level. Air conditioning is present in both bedrooms.
The villa is separated into two levels. In order to get to
either level you do have to venture outside. You are not able to
get to either level internally. This is great if you have older
children and you are wishing to have a little more privacy!
On the lower level you will find a large living room with sofas
and a dining table. This room fills beautifully with natural
sunlight and stunning views over to the mountains and sea. An open
plan kitchen fitted with all mod cons is also present. The master
bedroom with en-suite bathroom along with another bedroom (twin)
and a separate bathroom complete the downstairs area.
The swimming pool is inviting and has a gentle slope for those
wishing to ease into the waters! Surrounded by a large garden with
orange and lemon trees dotted about, a terrace complete with
plentiful shade and BBQ, this does make it an ideal place for a
drink at the end of a hard day of relaxing.
