To book a villa online, please use the search engine on our website and select the “Instant Booking” filter. Select your preferred villa, then use the calendar to choose your travel dates and guest numbers. You will see the total cost of the villa and an option to book online instantly.

Visit www.ibizasummervillas.com and select either Contact Us or send us an enquiry via the villa page.

All our instant booking villas with flexible cancellation can be booked online via the website; however, we do have some villas where we need to check availability before approving and providing a quote.

We have a two night minimum stay. You can choose to arrive on any day, but you must book a minimum of two nights.

We do have some options on our website, please use the search engine and click the “Instant Booking” filter and number of guests to see property options.

 By visiting our website and clicking on the Villa Offers you will find villas with a discount of up to 35% on select properties and select dates. Villa Offers are only applied when the villa is booked either side of a weekend. These offers can sell very quickly so ensure you check the villa offers webpage frequently should you wish to book at a discounted rate.

No, we do not offer any discounts for specific dates within the core months of the summer season. Should you wish to explore villas with a discount please visit the Villa Offers page where you will find select properties and select dates with a discount of up to 35% on the rate.

Our quote is based on the rental of the entire property and not based on price per guest. We cannot offer a discount if you have fewer guests than the villa capacity.

If your villa has the space to fit an additional bed, the cost is €700. You can request this via the concierge team, simply email concierge@ibiza-summer.com

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 90 days ahead of arrival.

We accept all major Visa and Mastercards, as well as American Express.

We offer a 90 day free cancellation policy. If you cancel within 90 days of arrival you will forfeit your deposit.

Depending on the size and category of a villa there will be a non-refundable insurance applied which is payable in cash Euros upon arrival. This insurance covers you for your stay at the villa instead of leaving a large security deposit.

This depends on the size and category of the villa. The non-refundable deposit replaces the need for a large security deposit and is often quoted between €200 and €400. All our luxury villas require a security deposit which can be up to €4,000 per week.

The non-refundable insurance will not cover clients for wilful, deliberate, or malicious damages to the villa or its contents. Nor for damages or breakages that are not reported during the clients’ occupancy of the villa. It does not cover damage to the pool, or to the cost of draining and refilling the pool due to broken glass or other items being found in the pool. 

The non-refundable insurance does not cover fines from the police or other island authorities incurred for any type of anti-social behaviour, illegal activity, or complaints arising from noise or disturbance. The non-refundable insurance does not cover extra cleaning or rubbish removal costs if the villa is deliberately left in an excessively dirty state. All areas that will be charged for will be documented by photo and these will be sent to you by email. It is in your best interests to ensure that the inventory is accurate when you arrive at the villa so that any loss or damage is not wrongly attributed. We ask you to inform us of any discrepancies or malfunctions within 24 hours of arrival, after which time you will automatically be deemed to be responsible. 

If you paid a Security Deposit instead of the non-refundable insurance; upon your departure, should everything in the villa be satisfactory, you will receive your Security Deposit in full. Please note that all the party must vacate the property once we hand the security deposit back to you.

We are required by law to collect a mandatory tourist tax from all guests. It is currently calculated at €2,20 per adult, per night and is payable in cash Euros upon arrival.

We always request for the standard cleaning fee to be paid in cash euros upon arrival as it is not included in the total rental quote. 

The standard cleaning fee includes a service before your arrival and after your departure. Stays of two weeks or more will include a full villa clean and linen/towel change once a week, usually on Saturday. If you require more cleaning services, please contact the concierge team directly via email using concierge@ibiza-summer.com.

Please note that our standard check in times are between 3pm and 5pm. While we always try to be as flexible as we can, we cannot guarantee an early check in as this depends on the availability of the villa closer to the time. We will let you know 24-48 hours prior to your arrival if an early check in is possible. If you require a guaranteed early check in we recommend that you book the night before your arrival to ensure availability.

Yes, you must inform us of your flight arrival time as soon as you can. There is a surcharge of €80 for a late check in after 9pm.

Our standard check out time is 10am. We cannot offer a later check out time until 24-48 hours prior to your departure as this is based on the availability of the villa at the time. If we can offer a late check out we will provide you with the additional cost.

Yes, while this service is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge, please let us know when you need to leave the villa no later than 48 hours prior to departure.

We require this information so we can plan for your arrival accordingly with our check in team. 

Please note that our standard check in times are between 3pm and 5pm, we require your exact arrival time to ensure the best check in experience for you and to ensure correct availability with our check in team. We only share your check in instructions once we have this information. Please do not assume your check in arrival time will be 3pm. Therefore, we ask all guests not to arrive at the villa at any time other than what is stated in your check in instructions.

A couple of days prior to your arrival we will send you an email containing your check-in instructions; this includes the name and number of who will meet you at the villa, as well as the check-in time. We also provide the villa location details and map, as well as all final arrangements, so you will have everything you need ahead of arrival. 

As a friendly reminder, our standard check in times are between 3pm and 5pm; please note that we may not be able to offer an earlier check in time. Please only arrive at the villa for the check in time stipulated in your check in email.

Once you have met our check in team member at the villa, they will provide you with a tour of the villa to familiarise you with how everything works. They will also go over your welcome pack, rental agreement, take the cash euros for the additional charges and receipts for any remaining rental balance, as well as answer any questions you may have. 

We do our best to inspect each property before checking in; however, if you find we have missed something broken or not working, please inform us within 24 hours. This way, we can have it rectified as soon as possible and your security deposit is not compromised.

As standard, you will receive two sets of keys per villa. Larger villas will be supplied with three.

Yes, all beds will be made and there will be enough bath towels for all guests. If you require bed linen for a sofa bed, this needs to be pre-arranged.

Your villa is cleaned and prepared for your arrival. We don’t have a daily cleaning and linen service in place; however, should you wish to take advantage of any additional cleaning or linen changes then this can be booked for you during your stay. For cleaning, we would always suggest a minimum booking period of 2 hours for a cleaner.

Pool towels are not included in the villa. You will need to request to rent pool towels via our concierge department by emailing concierge@ibiza-summer.com. They are priced at €5 per pool towel.

We will stock the villa with basic washing-up supplies to get you started on your holiday, including washing up liquid, kitchen paper, bin bags, toilet paper, and hand soap. Some owners provide kitchen staples such as olive oil, salt, and pepper; however, this is not guaranteed.

Our concierge team can help to arrange private chef hire, yacht charters, grocery hampers, pool towel rental, fitness equipment rental, as well as items for children, such as cots and high chairs.

We always recommend using the official island taxi company which you can call using (+34) 971-333-333 or use the TaxiClick mobile application. We also have Uber on the island now too, this means you can use the Uber app to order taxis.

This will depend on your villa location and the type of holiday you wish to have. Some of our villas are located within easy walking distance to the nearest public transport links and local facilities or attractions and are convenient for groups wanting to avoid car hire. And while Ibiza does have a good taxi service, we do recommend car hire for villas located in more remote or rural areas. 

Details on whether car hire is essential, recommended, or not essential are advertised on each villa page. It’s also a good idea to discuss your location needs with us before booking your villa. This being said, we always encourage guests to hire a car for at least a day or two of their holiday, regardless of their villa location. This is because there are so many wonderful places to discover in Ibiza that you may otherwise miss without your own set of wheels. Yes, all guests have access to a client area where you can manage your booking. You can check the rental balance, add concierge services and pay the final balance once logged in. If you incur any issues logging into the client area, please contact info@ibiza-summer.com.

In case of an emergency, do not contact the office phone number or the check in team WhatsApp. It is very important that you only contact the emergency number which will be provided to you upon arrival. This number will be contactable any time. This ensures we can deal with your issue or emergency as quickly as possible.

Our office is based in Ibiza and we are available Monday to Friday from 9:30am until 5pm. Our details can be found via the Contact Us page of our website.

We do have some pet-friendly villas however this does need to be arranged with our office prior to booking. This may also mean an increase in the deposit amount required. If you wish to bring your pet with you on holiday, please discuss this with us before booking.

Yes, all our villas have a security alarm system that we recommend you use. Details are provided upon check in.

We do our best to ensure all our properties are safe and secure. We do however ask for cooperation from our guests to ensure the villas are kept safe and secure. This includes measures such as never taking a pirate taxi, not sharing your social plans with people you don’t know, and always securing the villa before going out. All our villas have safety deposit boxes and many have alarm systems and you will be shown how to use these on check-in.

In some cases, villas may also be equipped with CCTV or noise sensors. Details can be found on the specific villa pages of our website.

We do have several villas that are more suitable for guests with mobility issues, some of which also include special provisions such as wet rooms, wider doorways, and ramps. Please discuss these needs with us before booking so we can advise the most suitable properties.

Yes, usually all villas will have enough sun loungers per guest. For information about a specific villa, please visit the villa web page.

Under no circumstances can guests hold any event, party, gathering at any point during the day or night. 

As your villa is located in a residential area with neighbours in close proximity we would like to remind you and your guests of our noise policy as stated in our booking terms and conditions. 

Please note that failure to adhere to the regulations stated below will result in an instant eviction with no refunds being given.In some cases noise complaints can incur a fine from the police or town hall from €175,000 which you are liable for.

We cannot permit any guests to arrange a DJ to play music at the villa; nor do we allow external DJ equipment or sound systems to be brought into the villa premises. 

There is a law in Ibiza stipulating that playing loud music or making excessive noise between the hours of 23:00 and 08:00 is not permitted. As this is the law in Ibiza, we ask you and your guests to respect the authorities. The Police are empowered to issue you with a fine if they hear any type of noise that exceeds 55 decibels which is the maximum permissible outdoor noise level during the day (08:00 to 23:00 hours) and 45 decibels at night (23:00 to 08:00 hours).

You are welcome to invite people to your villa during your stay; however, you must inform us and we must provide permission. 

We prohibit any additional guests staying overnight that exceed the villa's advertised capacity. We also do not allow groups larger than 25 to be at the villa. As a security measure, we also advise guests to never invite people they don’t know back to the villa. Private parties are strictly prohibited.

As with any busy holiday destination, petty crime does increase during peak season however we still very much consider Ibiza a safe place to holiday.

Such a beautiful villa, in a perfectly quiet location but walking distance from some cute restaurants and the supermarkets so we didn’t need a car. Getting a taxi was easy via the app and was an easy 20-25 minute drive from San Antonio. The facilities in the villa were fab, there was everything we needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. We had such a lovely time in Villa Mali with our group of friends. Everything we needed was there. Well maintained garden and pool area. Loved the luxury of an indoor and outdoor kitchen. Good beds. Supermarket within walking distance and located in the lovely area of the nice little village of San jordi. Service from ibiza summer villa very suberb. Incredible stay at Ibiza summer villas in July. We stayed in Villa Blanca and it is perfect for 10 people (5 couples). 6th bedroom is adjoining another so not as good. Our villa was in great condition. All rooms were spacious and the kitchen was in pristine condition with all utensils. Pool was awesome and there’s a good drinks area too
