How to Book

Want to book a villa in an instant? No problem. We offer an instant booking facility on our most popular villas. Should you find the perfect dates at the perfect price and you don’t want to delay, book immediately and we will confirm your booking within a 24 hour period. 

You can filter your search for villas with the instant booking feature by using the search engine option and using the Instant Booking filter option.

Once you’ve confirmed which villa you wish to book, we will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit to be paid within 24 hours of making the booking. This can be paid by credit or debit card transaction.

The invoice will also include details on either the non-refundable insurance or the fully refundable Security Deposit (depends on the size and villa category), the standard Cleaning Fee of €300 and the obligatory Eco Tax fee which is calculated at €2.20 per person, per night. We cannot process your booking until you have clicked on the Terms and Conditions box. Once payment is received, you will receive your Booking Confirmation and this will detail any questions you or your group may have about what happens leading up to your arrival in Ibiza. 

We are on hand for any questions or requests you have in the lead-up to your holiday. 

We will be in communication with you about your flight details and our concierge services. A few days before your arrival you will receive your check in instructions via email which will outline everything you need to know for arrival, including directions to the villa, the check-in process, and a reminder of what paperwork and remaining payment you need to bring. 

The remaining balance of the villa cost can be paid via credit or debit card 90 days prior to your arrival to Ibiza. 

You can also pay your final rental balance via the client area to manage your booking.

Most bookings with us will incur a non-refundable insurance charge called an Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW). This will be added to your invoice and is payable on arrival in cash Euros. This is used to cover accidental damage that may occur at the villa which varies based on the size of the villa; the maximum charge is €400. This waiver has maximum limits for damage caused to any part of the property or its facilities but excludes negligence and vandalism. 

The non-refundable insurance or ADW is applicable for selected villas only.
