The temperatures are dropping and it’s nearing the most wonderful time of the year. If you’re not quite ready to say goodbye to autumn, here are a few of our favorite things to do to close out the month of November and starting the Christmas season off with a bang!

Cocktails at La Cava , Ibiza Town
We’re soaking up the solitude in the winter months, but La Cava has a heap of activity all year round. Truly dine Spanish style with it’s varied, creative tapas menu on a Friday night. An impressive cocktail menu, including a hierbas mojito, while listening to soulful soft house to ring in the weekend. Cañas or wine along with a pintxo for only 3 euros. Take the kids to Bondi, San Antonio
Kids Craft Workshop, Café Bondi, San Antonio – Sip on cold-pressed juices or eat happy, healthy food while the kids get involved. A weekly craft session every Tuesday from 3:30pm - 4:30pm for kids ages 4-8, just 5 euros. Festive crafts just in time for the holidays.

Take a Hike at Atlantis
before the chilly winter weather sneaks in, get out and explore the spiritual core of Ibiza by hiking. One of the most popular Ibiza hikes is Atlantis, an old quarry where stones were cut and used to build homes and defense towers for the island. The rock formations are perfectly carved and sunk into the side of the mountain with a view of the magical rock, Es Vedra, just opposite. The area before your hike is reachable by car or scooter, and don’t forget to take water and snacks. The hike down will take about 20 minutes, but it’s the hike up that is the tough part. But hey, summer bodies are made in the winter!
Directions: Head over from Es Cubells to Cala d’Hort. Just after the crest of the hill make a left onto the small camino before the road turns to the right to es Boldado. On the camino you will be able to see Es Vedra ahead of you. At the end of the road, you’ll find a place to park. Atlantis will be in front of you. Prepare for the trek down the mountain and keep to the right. You´re welcome!
Afternoon Delights at Ritas Cantina - San Antonio
A favourite for the locals of San An, Ritas boasts a well priced Indonesian/Dutch menu inspired by the famous Rita herself who migrated here in the 70´s. With most dishes being around 10 euro and 2.50 beers, this little restaurant is a hotspot on weekends and has a great vibe overlooking the port of San An. Go there on the weekends for cheap eats just before taking a stroll to the infamous sunset strip.

This Italian Gem really shines during the winter months, located in Eivissa Town and being newly refurbished for those cosy winter nights, The team at Farina Santa will always make you feel welcome.
