Sobre la villa

Una fantástica y gran villa situada en la exclusiva urbanización de Isla Blanca en San Miguel, con piscina privada e impresionantes vistas al mar. Esta villa tiene 7 dormitorios incluyendo 3 de matrimonio y 4 dobles más 6 cuartos de baño, wifi, aire acondicionado y más.

Una fantástica villa situada en la exclusiva urbanización de Isla Blanca en San Miguel.

La propiedad se establece en tres plantas y combina un estilo moderno y lujoso con toques balinés.

La entrada a la villa conduce a la primera planta, donde se encuentra un amplio salón, con TV, DVD, Wifi, sistema de sonido / reproductor de CD y línea telefónica opcional con acceso a la terraza con una gran mesa de comedor de madera y vistas al mar y a la piscina.

Junto a la sala de estar está la cocina, bien equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, lavavajillas, microondas y mucho más.

Subiendo a la planta superior se encuentra el dormitorio principal con su propio balcón con vistas al mar y piscina, un moderno cuarto de baño en suite y una zona con sofás. En la planta baja hay un baño a compartir por dos dormitorios dobles, ambos dormitorios tienen acceso a la piscina. Otro amplio dormitorio de matrimonio también se encuentra en esta planta con baño en suite y acceso a la piscina.

En la zona de la piscina hay dos apartamentos independientes, uno es un dormitorio doble y el otro es de matrimonio. Ambos con cuarto de baño. En la parte trasera de la propiedad nos encontraremos con el séptimo dormitorio, también con su propia entrada, con dos camas individuales y un cuarto de baño.

Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado.

La zona de la piscina es simplemente fantástica, con una atractiva piscina rodeada de tumbonas acolchadas y una zona de comedor para disfrutar de fabulosas comidas o cenas admirando las vistas y con espacio suficiente para reunir a todo el grupo.

Se incluyen 10 horas de limpieza por semana.

Such a beautiful villa, in a perfectly quiet location but walking distance from some cute restaurants and the supermarkets so we didn’t need a car. We had such a lovely time in Villa Mali with our group of friends. Everything we needed was there. Well maintained garden and pool area. Loved the luxury of an indoor and outdoor kitchen. Good beds. Supermarket within walking distance and located in the lovely area of the nice little village of San jordi. Service from ibiza summer villa very suberb. Incredible stay at Ibiza summer villas in July. We stayed in Villa Blanca and it is perfect for 10 people (5 couples). 6th bedroom is adjoining another so not as good. Our villa was in great condition. All rooms were spacious and the kitchen was in pristine condition with all utensils. Pool was awesome and there’s a good drinks area too
